Are you a healthcare worker looking for a Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) in the UK? At WES CIC, we understand the challenges many international workers face when navigating sponsorship rules, immigration processes, and employment barriers.

Our COS Support Project, funded in partnership with Walsall Council, provides free, practical, and culturally tailored support to healthcare workers in need.

What We Offer

Free support to switch or find a new sponsor
Free professional immigration advice
Financial support (for those with No Recourse to Public Funds)
Free household and food provision
English lessons (ESOL) to improve job search and interview skills
Pastoral and emotional support
Guidance on navigating employment portals
