Led by facilitators from Wellbeing Empowered Solutions CIC (WES CIC), this event offers participants an opportunity to connect with nature, share experiences, and learn practical mindfulness techniques to support emotional balance and self-awareness.
This session is funded by Recovery College – NHS Trust, as part of our ongoing commitment to fostering wellbeing and community connection.
